What We Offer > Design & Planning

The process includes:-

An initial telephone chat to introduce ourselves; establish the sort of work required and to arrange a home or site visit which in most cases we thoroughly recommend.

A home /site visit where we can get a feel for the location and work required, discuss your preferences on a more personal basis and offer ideas and suggestions.

Where the client is able to establish what they want at the meeting a firm indication of price is given together with the time scale involved. This is then confirmed in writing.

Where further research and consultation is required we will take away your requirements and work on our thoughts and ideas before returning for a second meeting with recommendations and a firm indication on price and time.

In either case once the client is happy and a design has been agreed full details are sent in writing together with a confirmation of pricing and completion time.

Where required we can supply fabric and in all instances lining etc is all supplied and included.

We are also quite happy to leave you with books containing designs to peruse at your leisure and have a portfolio of pictures showing previous work done.
